Layout: 15 min introduction and preparation, 5 min breathing warm-up exercises, 30 min breathwork session, 10 min relaxation, 10 min intuitive-creative assignment.
Please create a quiet setting and have either a mat, bed or sofa where you can lie down or lean backwards comfortably. Make sure you have a good wifi connection and that you won’t be disturbed during the session. It’s best not to eat about 1 hour prior to the session. If you wish you may stay anonymous during this class without your camera or mic turned on.
