Layout: 10 min introduction and preparation (setting, safety, explaining the practice), 30 min practice, 10 min relaxation and silent meditation.
Please create a quiet setting and have space to stand and move about 1 meter in each direction (if you cannot stand up for a long time have an available chair to sit on). Make sure you have a good wifi connection and that you won’t be disturbed during the session. It’s best not to eat about 1 hour prior to the session. If you wish you may stay anonymous during this class without your camera or mic turned on.All schedule times in CEST.
