Moving into Wholeness Meditation
In this meditation, you will be sitting down throughout the whole class.
In this 30 min session of meditative journeying, you will experience increased awareness and getting in touch with your internal community to create wholeness and complete access to your energy. This will create better containment should you wish to manifest lasting change or if you have specific things you wish to create. It also creates a greater command of your reality in the long term.
Please create a quiet setting with comfortable seating – you will need to remain upright with a straight spine throughout. Make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection and that you won’t be disturbed during the session. It doesn’t matter whether you have eaten or not. If you wish you may stay anonymous during this class, your camera and mic can be turned off.Classes are with Vanessa Paige and in English.
