So, what is Family Constellation?
Family Constellation work reveals hidden patterns and emotional loyalties passed down through the family system. While some sessions are specifically about family dynamics, many sessions are about subjects such as money, love, health, and the body.
Constellation work is something that must be experienced to be fully understood.
One person — the seeker — brings an issue they want to explore, while other participants, called representatives, stand in for family members or elements of the system. Through movement, positioning, and sensing, hidden dynamics emerge.
Witnessing and shifting these patterns gives the seeker a rare opportunity to see something about their family system or an aspect of their life that they simply could not have perceived before, helping them release inherited pain, guilt, or limitations, and live more freely in their own life.
