Family Constellation + Follow Up Session BUNDLE

A Family Constellation Session is a somatic, systemic healing modality that reveals the hidden dynamics within your family or ancestral line that may be shaping your current patterns, relationships, and emotional struggles.

In a Constellation, we create a living map of your inner system. Other participants (or objects, in 1:1 settings) are chosen to represent key people or energies in your life—your mother, father, an ancestor, even a symptom or emotion.

Sessions are performed in person or over Zoom. You, as the Seeker, may choose the representatives for the session, or if you prefer, anonymous representatives will be provided for you.

Follow-up Session (Integration + Next Movement)
After a constellation, something has already shifted — but the nervous system and the new order in the family field often need time to land. In the follow-up session, we look at what has moved and what is still asking for deeper resolution.

This is where we bring in the next layer: the love that didn’t reach, the sentence that wasn’t spoken, the part of you that still feels unsafe to return to your place.

Together, we track what your body is still holding — and we guide the movement until love can flow where it belongs.

Follow-up Session length: 90 minutes

Note for returning clients:
There is no longer an analysis or “meaning-making” immediately after the constellation. We trust the movement and let the new order settle in the system.

Integration can feel like a pendulum — the old loyalties may pull you back, while the new movement is already opening. Both can be present at the same time: confusion and deep clarity.

This is why a follow-up session 1–2 weeks later is often powerful: to see what has truly landed, what is still entangled, and to support the next movement so love can flow in the right direction.
