Schedule times are in CEST.
One purchase gives you access to one course (a series of 4 workshops within a month). A new course starts every first Monday of the month. All workshops take place on Mondays from 6–8 PM (CEST). To join a course, simply book the first workshop date (the first Monday of the month) of the course that you would like to join. You are then automatically enrolled in the full course and don't need to sign up for the remaining three workshop sessions. You will be using the same Zoom link throughout the course.
We advise you to take the workshops sequentially to be able to follow the facilitator and not slow down the development of the other participants.
Please bring paper, pen, headphones and make sure you have stable Wi-Fi. Guided by the coach, you will interact with the other participants and co-create the rules and outcomes of the session.
Series 1: Master your Breath (starts Jan 4th, 2021)
Series 2: How to be strong and vulnerable at the same time (starts Nov 2nd, 2020 & Feb 1st, 2021)
Series 3: Reclaiming your shadow (starts Dec 7th, 2020 & Mar 1st, 2021)
All courses are held over Zoom.
