Family Constellations is a somatic, systemic healing modality that reveals the hidden dynamics within your family or ancestral line that may be shaping your current patterns, relationships, and emotional struggles.

We carry loyalties we don’t realize.

In a Constellation, we create a living map of your inner system.
Other participants (or objects, in 1:1 settings) are chosen to represent key people or energies in your life—your mother, father, an ancestor, even a symptom or emotion.
Somehow—without prior knowledge—those representatives begin to feel what those people carried. It’s called the Knowing Field.

And in that field, truths emerge.
Tensions surface.
Unspoken grief, unfinished goodbyes, or unseen love come into view.

Once those dynamics are brought into the light, something shifts.
It may not be loud. But it’s often deep.
