Self-Care Class

GUIDED MEDITATION
Duration: 40 min

This class starts with an alkaline breathing technique to calm your nervous-system which will help you reset your thoughts, become present and focused.  

By practicing your self-care muscle you will begin mastering being an observer and detaching yourself from your thoughts. In time, this will help you move away from victimhood and make you realize the power you have over your thoughts and emotions.

This is a live group session in Beverly hills.

Self-Awareness Class

INTERACTIVE COACHING
Duration: 60 min

Having a high EQ means that a person is in touch with uncomfortable emotions. Often this is not easy because these capabilities may cause temporary anxiety. That is also why people stop going to therapy or not even bother.

The self-awareness muscle is our first step and the foundation of all self-development. This class invites you to recognize your uncomfortable feelings such as shame, fears and self-doubts and we’ll do a deep dive within to make those blockages visible to us and simultaneously, easier to eliminate.

This season the Awareness Class is a "closed door" group therapy with i the facilitator and coach Jenny Axelsson. She humbly guide us into a state of safeness and vulnerability, In this class the attention is on self-compassion and the power of connecting with others. Come as you are without pressure or prestige.

Self-Perspective Class

INTERACTIVE COACHING & GUIDED MEDITATION
Duration: 120 min

1 out 4 people suffer from mental issues. Resistance is often what is underneath the most common mental health issue - anxiety, stress and depression. Self-analysis, which is a high-EQ skill, is uncomfortable but important. In this class we will make a fearless inventory of ourselves to help release known and unknown resistance that is standing in our way.

Training your self-perspective muscle will take you from victimhood to leadership by recognizing & re-writing your narrative.

Self-Acceptance Class

INTERACTIVE COACHING & GUIDED MEDITATION
Duration: 30 min

Anyone that has done any kind of self development work knows the importance of acceptance. Internalizing the concept of self acceptance is crucial for high EQ.

A strong self-acceptance muscle will feel like harmony. Emotional acceptance allows a person to heartily connect with self which essentially makes us happy and filled with feel-good dopamine.

Self-Esteem Class

GUIDED MEDITATION
Duration: 30 min

A person with low EQ is unconsciously detached from their painful emotions and is often using extreme deflection and projection. Instead of having an awareness of uncomfortable emotions, they act on them.

A weak self-esteem muscle is in its very raw form a fear of our own and other's emotions and vulnerability. In this class we will learn to see our own wrongdoings, seek understanding and feedback, which are signs of a high EQ and strong self-esteem.

Self-Power Class

GUIDED MEDITATION & INTERACTIVE COACHING
Duration: 120 min

This is a Spiritual growth class, where we will access the metaphysical space to engage the imagination to create new personal desires and increase our sense of expectancy to reach our goals, visions and dreams to consciously create a new reality. 

This season the Self Power class is a 4 hour workshop divided into 2 sessions. The spiritual coach Vanessa Paige will guide you through a deeper spiritual understanding of how your thoughts and actions create your circumstances. This is a fun and deep class that will expand your understanding of life. Enjoy!.

GUIDED MEDITATION & OPTIONAL INTERACTIVE COACHING

To own ourselves and our actions and to integrate and internalize the concept that we create our own reality is the foundation of our Self Worth muscle. 

To see our blockages, barriers, obstacles, etc. and to understand our part in that is a sign of self awareness. To be in line with our concept and values is sign on a strong self worth muscle.

GUIDED MEDITATION
Duration: 30 min

The term "what you focus on expands" 'might be easy to understand as a concept but not always that easy to practise and remember in our daily life. In this class you practise to focus on the most rewarding values, feelings and ideas of yours. 

To become self-supporting, we have to embrace, receive and empower ourselves, practice kindness, gratitude, love, joy and learn to respond to others in a loving and understanding way.

GUIDED MEDITATION & BREATH WORK
Duration: 60 min

By now everybody has heard about the term self-love and how important it is for self development and high EQ. Though not that many people know how to internalize it.In this class we will go from concept (knowing) to integrate self-love (into being).

This Mediation Class is also know as a Transcendental ACTIVE Mediation. A mediation where you will be able to reset you mood, calm your nervsystem, and feel a deep feeling of harmony, relaxation or / and love.

INTERACTIVE COACHING

Self confidence stretch is about using awakening and evolution as a result of working on our EQ muscles, 

In this class we strengthen communication in different forms. By practicing being fully authentic and transparent with ourselves, our goals, dreams and visions. and  use our voices to assist others, friends, family, kids and clients in their journey of self-discovery.
